By downloading images owned by Nimbus Group GmbH, the user agrees to the following conditions:

  1. Editorial, non-commercial use of the image is permitted free of charge provided that the source is named ((c) Nimbus Group/name of photographer).
  2. Architects, planners and our specialized dealers are permitted to use images owned by Nimbus Group GmbH free of charge for the purpose of creating offers, estimates and planning as well as within the context of participation in calls for tenders.
  3. The use of images owned by Nimbus Group GmbH in image databases, image catalogues and image collections is not permitted.
