Reutlingen town hall is considered one of the most significant 1960‘s building complexes in Baden-Württemberg. After 40 years, the council building, containing the council chamber and foyer, has now been renovated for a cost of over 2 million euros according to plans drawn up by hg merz and Riehle + Partner.

Waardenburg Castle, built in 1265, has been completely renovated and modernised while maintaining many of the building‘s historic details. Instead of classical chandeliers, the decision was taken to install ultramodern LED lighting, namely Nimbus LED.next Modul R460, at just 10 mm in thickness, a slim round acrylic glass panel with a diameter of 1120 mm. Waardenburg Castle is a fantastic example of how modern lighting can provide a particularly efficient and atmospheric result is an old historic building.
